In plain terms: KickPulse is a free football information site. Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes and don’t misuse it.

These terms govern your use of the KickPulse website at kickpulse.org (the “Service”), operated by KickPulse (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
2. The Service
KickPulse provides football fixtures, live scores, league tables and articles. The Service is free and does not require an account.
During the current preview period, scores and statistics are simulated for demonstration purposes. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. No gambling services
KickPulse does not offer gambling services, accept wagers or publish betting odds. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live, including any laws on gambling.
5. Accuracy
We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but scores, fixtures, tables and articles may contain errors, omissions or delays. If something matters to you, check it against an official source. You can report an error at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, code and data on KickPulse belong to KickPulse or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the Service without our written permission.
Competition names, club names, player names and related marks belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the teams and competitions concerned. KickPulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, club, player or governing body.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape or extract data at scale by automated means without our permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service;
- suggest that you are affiliated with or endorsed by KickPulse when you are not.
8. Third-party links
The Service may link to websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
9. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KickPulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions made using information on the Service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
If you are a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
